SALON SCALE:

Salon scale is a product usage charge that is applied to every chemical appointment. This cost ranges every appointment depending on the product that is needed to preform the service desired.

LATE POLICY:

We ask that if you’re going to be late that you call to notify us. Due to the nature of our business, we are very strategic as to how much time we have to allocate to each client, so we may not have time to do the service you have booked, however we always try our best to accommodate and create a solution based on the time that we still have.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To secure your reservation, a credit card is required. Reservations require a 48-hour cancellation notice except for colour corrections and extensions, which require 72 hours.
NO-SHOW CLIENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 50% CHARGE (+TAX) ON ANY SERVICES MISSED WITHOUT 48/72 HOUR NOTIFICATION WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you for understanding.

ONLINE SHOP:

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing sales after purchase.

If purchased through Contactless Pickup or Local Winnipeg Delivery you will be contacted via email provided to arrange pickup or delivery times.

Grace Hill Salon is not responsible if products are damaged, lost or stolen through shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We can gladly exchange any defective product within 3 days of purchase. We do not offer product returns or exchanges for any other reason.

Sale products are a FINAL SALE and NONREFUNDABLE.

PARKING:

Complimentary 2 hour street parking is available located all around the salon; on Corydon Avenue as well as on nearby residential streets.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

We encourage Visa, Mastercard and Interac. We will accept Cash.

APPRENTICE STYLISTS:

When booking with an apprentice stylist be mindful that they are still learning behind the chair and appointments tend to run longer then usual.

Expect more then one stylist to be helping out and working alongside the apprentice.

COLOUR POLICY:

We do our best to estimate the cost of services, however it is dependent on many factors. Therefore, any extra colour or bleach used will be an additional cost. Hours of labor cost are also taken into consideration.

We take the utmost care to ensure a clean and thorough service, but there is always a risk to your clothing. Our salon shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage to or loss of your personal belongings.
